An imaginary (kinda)poster of Much Ado about Nothing, by William Shakespeare. On May David Tennant and Catherine Tate will start to play this lovely comedy in London (and I will be THEEEEEEEERE) \O/ So, well, when ~floffy1983 asked me a commish with them as Benedick and Beatrice I accepted with more than gladness <3

I had this image in my mind since the beginning and then I found out WHY…it was clearly from a DW photoshoot with the Doctor and Donna XD So, well, I thought that using and then modifying it would have been cute, so…here it is <3

I did some research for clothes and hair styles, but sadly we don’t have too many (well…we actually have almost none) portraits of people from Messina in the Rinascimento. So I…mixed Italian styles. This should be…well, kind of right. In that time, people loved to curl their hair but, SORRY, I won’t draw Tennant with curly hair. Period.
